A plain-language list of every cookie we set, what it does, and how you turn off the optional ones.

What we use
We group the cookies we use into four categories:
| Category | Purpose | Examples | Optional |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keep you signed in, remember your team/workspace, protect against CSRF, and route traffic correctly. | cr_session, cr_csrf, cr_workspace | No |
| Preferences | Remember interface preferences like dark mode, table density, and dismissed announcements. | cr_theme, cr_density, cr_dismissed | Yes |
| Analytics | Measure aggregate usage so we know which features matter. We anonymize IPs and don't sell this data. | _ga, _ga_*, ph_cookies | Yes |
| Marketing | Attribute sign-ups to the campaigns that sent you our way. Used on marketing pages only, not in-product. | _hubspotutk, _fbp | Yes |
03
Third parties
Some cookies are set by third parties we partner with, for analytics, support chat, or payment processing. These parties can only use the data in line with our contracts and their own privacy notices. The main ones today are Google Analytics, PostHog, HubSpot, and Stripe.
04
Managing your preferences
You have three controls:
- Our preference panel. Use the cookie banner (first visit) or the “Cookie preferences” link in our footer to opt in or out of any optional category.
- Your browser. Most browsers let you block cookies or clear them after a session. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the Service.
- Do Not Track. We respect the Global Privacy Control signal, if your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt-out of optional cookies.
